The Collier County Board of County Commissioners declared a Local State of Emergency due to Hurricane Milton. Milton is currently a major hurricane, posing potential life-threatening risks to parts of Florida's west coast, including Collier County. VISIT FLORIDA is regularly updating the Current Travel Safety Information page with the latest details for both residents and visitors, and is working closely with the Florida Division of Emergency Management and ESF-18. Compass by Margaritaville Naples is located in an mandatory evacuation zone. While we will accommodate reservations for those who have no alternative, please be aware that if you choose to stay with us, emergency services—including police, fire, and medical assistance—will be limited during this time. First responders may not be able to respond in the event of an emergency due to dangerous conditions.

Cancellation Policy: To accommodate our guests during this time, we are adjusting our cancellation policy. If you have a reservation from now through October 13, you may cancel or reschedule your stay without penalty. Please contact our reservations team should you need assistance. If you booked your reservation through a third party website such as Expedia or Booking.com, you will need to contact them directly to cancel your reservation.
Future Reservations: Following the storm, we want to assure you that guests with future reservations scheduled for arrival starting on Thursday, October 10, will receive updated information regarding their bookings via email.
